Mrs. Moore’s Classroom Discipline Plan

Irving School Discipline Plan: Each classroom has a clipboard to mark student behavior.  The clipboard goes with the students when they go to Music, PE, Art, and Library. Throughout the day, your child’s behavior is monitored.  They are expected to follow the four basic rules below or they will receive marks.

Irving School has four basic rules:

1.    Be respectful  (R)

2.   Follow directions (D)

3.   Hands and feet to self (H)

4.   Make Good Choices (C)

Kindergarten Consequences for Marks:

`Mark 1: Warning

Mark 2: Time out

Mark 3: 5 minutes out of centers

Mark 4:  10 minutes out of centers

Mark 5:  No Centers

Mark 6: Time out in another classroom or Office

Students with good behavior will be rewarded with treats, small prizes, all school recognition, and special events throughout the year!
